Volunteers who speak languages such as Tigrinya, Amharic, Somali, Arabic, Tagalog, and Swahili are needed to assist with translation and interpretation year-round at IRCOM House. Translators are called on as the need arises to translate apartment orientations, community meetings, and information regarding essential services.
Interpreter duties include:
- Interpreting for staff members at events, meetings and orientations
- Agreeing to share your contact information with IRCOM Staff
- Be available for volunteering 5 hours per month
