Translation/Interpretation

 

Volunteers who speak languages such as Tigrinya, Amharic, Somali, Arabic, Tagalog, and Swahili are needed to assist with translation and interpretation at IRCOM House. Translators are called on as the need arises to translate apartment orientations, community meetings, and information regarding essential services. Currently IRCOM is not seeking additional translators or interpreters.

 

 

Interpreter duties include:

  • Interpreting for staff members at events, meetings and orientations
  • Agreeing to share your contact information with IRCOM Staff
  • Be available for volunteering 5 hours per month
