Bisetsa Bahati is an immigrant originally from Congo DRC who immigrated to Canada in 2008. He came to Canada from Uganda where he was a refugee for 5 years, and has been very passionate about working with Refugees since. He was working as a community educator with an international medical co-op for about two and a half years, and also worked with UNHCR (United Nation High Commission for Refugees) as an interpreter for a year in Uganda. In 2009 I began working with International African Child relief in Manitoba as a youth worker, and in 2010 I started 3 years working with Newcomers Employment and Education Services as a children and youth support worker. Bisetsa joined the IRCOM team in 2013 as a children and youth support Worker where he is the younger boys soccer assistant coach and the music coordinator. He is currently a student at the University of Winnipeg.
